The Policies
Any deposits are non-refundable - if something comes up, and the date of your event changes, we will work with you. Our rentals are from Friday - Monday. If your event is during the week, make sure you inform us when you inquire about a quote. If you require a different pickup/ drop off date please inform us in your initial email so we can see if this will work with our other rentals.
There will be a damage deposit required for all of our rentals. The amount of the damage deposit will be equal to 20% of your entire rental total and will be due at the same time as your final payment for your rentals, which is two weeks prior to your event. Your damage deposit will be returned within 2 business days of your rental return. Damage deposits will be returned via e-transfer.
A 50% booking retainer is required to secure your rental items, the date, and the contract. Your contract will not be considered 'reserved' until this deposit and signed contract are received. The other 50% of you rental total will be due 2 weeks prior to your event (along with your damage deposit)
You may add additional rentals to your contract after it has been secured; however, you may not remove items from the contract.
All rentals must be returned in the condition they were rented out and in the same packaging.
